1. Consultations and Design Services

Due to the customized and time-based nature of architectural services, all sales for consultations and design services are final once work has commenced.

However, if you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please notify us at least [insert time frame, e.g., 24–48 hours] in advance. We may offer:

A full refund if cancellation is made within the allowed time frame
A partial refund or rescheduling option at our discretion if cancellation is short notice

2. Digital Products (Design Templates, Downloads)

All digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded. If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, please contact us at mauricioil@mhmarchitect.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you’ve been billed in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We’ll review the matter and issue a refund if warranted.

4. How to Request a Refund
